Hey guys! This is my first attempt of writing a story, in fact I turned it into a fanfic as I think if it was a story about myself, it wouldn't sound interesting anymore. Hints of BL, but not much of it, very mild=D I may continue writing if I can find the inspiration=x Characters: SHINee boys, bits of Eunhyuk(SUJU) and Jaejoong(DBSK) Disclaimer: I don't own anyone of them, how I wish I would, only the blog belongs to me XD Enjoy~ =) Every Little Thing... It wasn’t a good way to start off the day for Key... * COLD HEART, BABY! COLD EYES, BABY! LET’S GO! Mannatda banhaetda Keunyeo-ege banhaetd Cheoeum boneun SEXY Keunyeodo nareul bwa~* (handphone ringing) Key didn’t wanna step out of his dreamland to pick up the call, the phone kept ringing until the point where Key couldn’t take it anymore and saw that there were 6 missed calls from his project group mate, Eunhyuk. These series of calls not only ruined his day but also gave him even more headache when he thought it was over. Hours later... While waiting for his gang, he decided to call his classmate who left him a series of spam calls in the morning to see what’s up with him. “Eunhyuk hyung, what’s the matter? Why did you give me so many missed calls in the morning?” said Key. “Oh Kibum-ah, why didn’t you pick up my calls? By the way, do you recall the steps for making the animation?” replied Eunhyuk, apparently asking Key about their art project. “Why did you even ask? Is there even a meeting today? Where are you now?” Key answered still not knowing what situation he’s in. “Ahhhh………I’m in school with the rest of the gang, trying to complete the animated part over again. Aren’t you at home? Can you tell me the solutions quickly? We don’t wanna waste anymore time here.” Eunhyuk said impatiently. “...... I’m out now, so I don’t have my notebook with me, can’t really answer your doubts. So you guys called on a meeting today?” Key replied trying to suppress his anger. “Oh, so you don’t have the answer for that, then I shan’t trouble you further. Bye-“, Key hung up the phone not wanting to bother any further. Why didn’t anyone tell me about the meeting today? Why didn’t Jaejoong hyung reply my message yesterday? Was he just angry or what? Letting his thoughts run wild, Key couldn’t take it anymore, he needed a form of outlet. Something for him to smash, yell at, or maybe someone for him to rant at? Anything would do at that moment. He didn't even take notice of someone nearing him, that someone with a very familiar voice said “Why are you sitting here so dumbfounded? In the middle of the pathway? Are you missing me already?” just as he thought, it was Onew, his hyung more like the person he love. Key just shrugged, not knowing what to answer to Onew’s question, eyes fixed on his feet. Onew settled down next to him, “There’s definitely something wrong with you, where did the chatterbox Kibum went to? Are you hiding him somewhere?” while having that dorky smile plastered on his face. "......” “Why are you always giving me this? The good-old Onew condition? I’m not really in a mood to entertain that dorky behavior of yours.” Key looking even more frustrated than before. “What did I do? O.O don’t get me wrong, I’m just trying to lighten up the mood here. I’m sorry.” not knowing what went wrong with his dongsaeng, Onew gave out a sigh after apologizing. “...................................................................” There was this period of silence which seems like it would take forever to end, “Sorry for taking it out on you, I wasn’t having such a good day so far.” Key finally broke the silence, feeling very sorry towards his hyung who was trying to be concern and yet…*Sigh~~~~~* “Phew~ finally you’re speaking up, what went wrong with your day? Why aren’t you having a good day when we’re suppose to go out on a date with Jonghyun, Minho and Taemin? Aren’t we out to celebrate Jonghyun’s birthday?” Onew replied while patting Key on his shoulder, trying to cheer him up a little. “……Are you sure that you wanna know the whole story? I don’t wanna cause any trouble for you” saying that, Key looked up to his hyung with a frown slowly forming on his face. “Of course I wanna know the whole story, I’m your hyung remember? Just tell me what’s wrong? Something really bad happened?” Key gave Onew a stare before telling him what actually went wrong. “But please promise me that you wouldn’t let the rest of them know about this, I don’t want this to get to them.” Key requested and of course, Onew nodded in consent to that. Fast forward~~ “WHAT?! So you’re saying that Jaejoong hyung didn’t even tell you that there was a meeting today even when you told him the reason of you not being able to turn up for it? Even if you’re not going, aren’t he suppose to at least let you know that there’s a meeting?” Onew screamed at the top of his lungs, so loudly that everyone around them actually turned and gave him a stare like what the hell is wrong with this guy. Tsk. Key broke out into laughter after seeing his hyung turn into a cherry tomato after everyone stared at him for talking too loudly, more like he was yelling. Well, at least you’re here to make my day better by turning into a cherry tomato isn’t it? Hahahahahaha, my day’s not that bad after all. Key thought to himself, leaving his hyung in his cherry tomato state for the entire time while he was laughing. “HYUNG!~ UMMA!~~~” Taemin shouted while running towards the two of them with Jonghyun and Minho walking behind him. “Umma~, why are you laughing so happily? Did hyung did his famous Onew condition again?” with that sparkling and curious pair of puppy eyes, Taemin stared at Key. “Hahahahaha! Of course he did, he yelled so loudly that everyone actually turned around and gave him their killer-stares. Hahahahaha!” Key continues laughing so hard that he eventually started tearing. “Why did hyung have to yell?” both Jonghyun and Minho asked, trying to find out what fun did they miss out on. “Nothing much, just some ridiculous bet that Key and I had.” Still looking like a cherry tomato, but he didn’t say anything regarding Key’s problem, he didn’t wanna break the patch. Key was relieved upon hearing that, gomawoh... “Let’s go, you guys don’t wanna miss all the fun that we’ll be having isn’t it?” Onew said and everybody nodded. While they were singing their hearts out at the Noerabang, Key wasn’t bothering much about the incident in the morning and having all the fun he should have. * COLD HEART, BABY! COLD EYES, BABY! LET’S GO!* this time it was a message, from Eunhyuk. “There’ll be another meeting tomorrow at 10am, would you guys be able to make it?” What? Another meeting again? Didn’t I told Jaejoong hyung that I wouldn’t be able to make it for group meetings this week due to my schedule? Why? Onew caught Key spacing out after looking at his handphone and he knew that it must be something regarding the incident in the morning. “Kibum-ah, wanna go out to get some snacks for everyone?” asked Onew while staring into Key’s eyes as if he already knew what happened to him. Nodding, Key left the room with Onew while the rest stayed in the room not knowing what was actually happening to Key. “.............” “Kibum-ah, did something happen again? Was it something to do with Jaejoong hyung?” Onew asked with concern. “......Eunhyuk hyung texted me and said that there'll be another meeting held tomorrow morning, and asked if everyone could make it.” Key said reluctantly not wanting to cause anymore trouble for his hyung. “Again?! Another meeting without you?! Wouldn’t it affect your grades? Didn’t Jaejoong hyung tell the rest that you couldn’t make it for this week due to our schedule? What is he actually doing?” Onew’s eyes widen and he seriously couldn’t understand why Jaejoong hyung is doing this to his dongsaeng. “......” “Give Jaejoong hyung a call, I’ll talk to him for you, I wanna know why isn’t he doing the job to inform the group about your schedule and still continuing with the project not bothering if it’s gonna affect your grades.” Onew demanded while trying to grab Key’s handphone over to dial the number. “No hyung! It’s really alright, Jaejoong hyung’s been really off for the past few weeks, even the group noticed that he’s easily agitated. Just let the matter rest, I just need to rant things out that’s all.” Key replied trying to calm his agitated hyung down. “......” “Are you sure that you’ll be fine? What if he continues? Not only you would suffer, your whole group would.” Onew replied in a less tensed tone. Key nodded, “We’ll just have to keep a lookout for that, hope that everything would be better soon.” trying not to badmouth his group leader. Onew grabbed Key into a hug and Key felt that his heart was beating so fast that it’s about to jump out of his mouth, “Sigh~ Let’s hope that everything would get better alright?” said Onew while patting Key on his back as a form of support a hyung should without noticing his dongsaeng’s blushing face. Holding onto Key’s hand, Onew dragged him to the nearest 7-11 and bought some snacks back for the rest of the boys. Key was blushing during the entire journey back and forth the Noraebang, still holding onto his hyung’s hand, he felt the warmth given out by Onew, he wished that time would stop and let this moment go on forever. But before he knew it, they’re back to their Noraebang room where the rest of the boys were waiting. “What took you guys so long?” Jonghyun asked impatiently while ransacking the bag of snacks Onew and Key got back with, “We went out for a walk before coming back” Onew replied with his dorky smile on his face as if nothing had happened and still holding onto Key. Minho didn't say much, he saw Key's cherry tomato face and all he did was smiled to them like he always would. Once he caught sight of Minho smiling, Key quickly got out of Onew’s hold and settled down next to his baby boy Taeminnie, who in turn gave him a hug “I thought Umma went dating with Onew-appa and forgot all about me” Taemin pouted. He is the only one who knew about Key’s feelings towards Onew. No one else knew about it. Key felt a little embarrassed and wanted to give Taemin a lesson for saying that, but it’s Taeminnie he’s facing, he never would do any nasty things to him. He only gave him a light smack and pouted at his baby boy and then both of then broke into laughter that got the rest of them clueless about what was actually so funny that made the two of them laugh out loud. Would he ever know about this? Does he know that every little thing he do means so much to me? How I wish that time was to stop when there’s only the two of us, Key thought. |
